The ITGB3BP Antibody (CAB5839) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, is highly specific for human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.ITGB3BP is a protein that interacts with integrin beta-3 and is involved in cell adhesion and migration processes. Research has shown that ITGB3BP plays a role in various cellular functions, including cell signaling and proliferation. By using the CAB5839 antibody, researchers can detect and analyze ITGB3BP protein levels in different cell types, providing insights into its functions and potential implications in disease.Studies have implicated ITGB3BP in cancer progression, angiogenesis, and metastasis, making it a promising target for cancer research.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a transcriptional coregulator that binds to and enhances the activity of members of the nuclear receptor families, thyroid hormone receptors and retinoid X receptors. This protein also acts as a corepressor of NF-kappaB-dependent signaling. This protein induces apoptosis in breast cancer cells through a caspase 2-mediated signaling pathway. This protein is also a component of the centromere-specific histone H3 variant nucleosome associated complex (CENP-NAC) and may be involved in mitotic progression by recruiting the histone H3 variant CENP-A to the centromere. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
