The KLF1 Antibody (CAB10581) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, demonstrates high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.KLF1 is known for its involvement in the development and differentiation of red blood cells, making it a key player in hemoglobin synthesis and erythrocyte maturation. By targeting the KLF1 protein, researchers can detect and analyze its expression in various cell types, providing valuable insights into its function in normal and diseased states.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Rat samples.

This gene encodes a hematopoietic-specific transcription factor that induces high-level expression of adult beta-globin and other erythroid genes. The zinc-finger protein binds to the DNA sequence CCACACCCT found in the beta hemoglobin promoter. Heterozygous loss-of-function mutations in this gene result in the dominant In(Lu) blood phenotype.
