The [KO Validated] ZMYND8 Antibody (CAB8737) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, is highly specific for human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding specifically to the ZMYND8 protein, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of ZMYND8 expression in various cell types, making it an essential tool for studies in epigenetics, cancer research, and gene transcription.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is a receptor for activated C-kinase (RACK) protein. The encoded protein has been shown to bind in vitro to activated protein kinase C beta I. In addition, this protein is a cutaneous T-cell lymphoma-associated antigen. Finally, the protein contains a bromodomain and two zinc fingers, and is thought to be a transcriptional regulator. Multiple transcript variants encoding several different isoforms have been found for this gene.
