The LETM1 Antibody (CAB15685) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, and is validated for use in immunofluorescence and Western blot applications.LETM1 is a critical player in mitochondrial function, influencing cell metabolism, apoptosis, and cell survival. Dysregulation of LETM1 has been associated with various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a protein that is localized to the inner mitochondrial membrane. The protein functions to maintain the mitochondrial tubular shapes and is required for normal mitochondrial morphology and cellular viability. Mutations in this gene cause Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome, a complex malformation syndrome caused by the deletion of parts of the distal short arm of chromosome 4. Related pseudogenes have been identified on chromosomes 8, 15 and 19.
