The LMX1B Antibody (CAB6386) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, developed through immunization of rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in various applications, including Western blot and immunohistochemistry.LMX1B is known for its involvement in the development of specific cell types, tissues, and organs, making it a key player in embryonic development and disease pathology. Dysregulation of LMX1B has been linked to several disorders, including nail-patella syndrome and glaucoma, highlighting its clinical significance.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Rat samples.

This gene encodes a member of LIM-homeodomain family of proteins containing two N-terminal zinc-binding LIM domains, 1 homeodomain, and a C-terminal glutamine-rich domain. It functions as a transcription factor, and is essential for the normal development of dorsal limb structures, the glomerular basement membrane, the anterior segment of the eye, and dopaminergic and serotonergic neurons. Mutations in this gene are associated with nail-patella syndrome. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
