The NCR3 Antibody (CAB7153) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and is validated for use in Western blot experiments. By targeting the NCR3 protein, this antibody enables precise detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it an excellent choice for investigations in the fields of immunology and oncology.NCR3, also known as Natural Cytotoxicity Triggering Receptor 3, plays a crucial role in the activation and regulation of natural killer cells, key players in the body's defense against infections and tumors.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is a natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) that may aid NK cells in the lysis of tumor cells. The encoded protein interacts with CD3-zeta (CD247), a T-cell receptor. A single nucleotide polymorphism in the 5' untranslated region of this gene has been associated with mild malaria suceptibility. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
