The NR0B1 Antibody (CAB1740) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.NR0B1, also known as DAX1, is a transcriptional regulator that can act as a co-repressor or co-activator, influencing the expression of genes involved in steroidogenesis and sexual differentiation. Dysregulation of NR0B1 is linked to disorders like adrenal hypoplasia congenita and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, making it an important target for research in endocrinology and reproductive biology.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IF/ICC, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.

This gene encodes a protein that contains a DNA-binding domain. The encoded protein acts as a dominant-negative regulator of transcription which is mediated by the retinoic acid receptor. This protein also functions as an anti-testis gene by acting antagonistically to Sry. Mutations in this gene result in both X-linked congenital adrenal hypoplasia and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
