The PAK3 Antibody (CAB16942) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity in detecting Pak3 in human samples through Western blotting techniques. By targeting Pak3, researchers can investigate its role in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, proliferation, and motility.Pak3, a member of the p21-activated kinase family, is involved in signaling pathways that control cytoskeletal dynamics and cellular morphology.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IF/ICC, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is a serine-threonine kinase and forms an activated complex with GTP-bound RAS-like (P21), CDC2 and RAC1. This protein may be necessary for dendritic development and for the rapid cytoskeletal reorganization in dendritic spines associated with synaptic plasticity. Defects in this gene are the cause of a non-syndromic form of X-linked intellectual disability. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
