The PARK7 Monoclonal Antibody (CAB19097) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific and reactive with human samples, making it an invaluable asset for studies in Parkinson's disease, cancer, and other conditions where Park7 is implicated.Park7, a multifunctional protein involved in oxidative stress response and cell survival pathways, has been linked to neurodegenerative disorders like Parkinson's disease. The Park7 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody binds specifically to the Park7 protein, enabling precise detection and analysis in various experimental settings, including Western blot applications.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

The product of this gene belongs to the peptidase C56 family of proteins. It acts as a positive regulator of androgen receptor-dependent transcription. It may also function as a redox-sensitive chaperone, as a sensor for oxidative stress, and it apparently protects neurons against oxidative stress and cell death. Defects in this gene are the cause of autosomal recessive early-onset Parkinson disease 7. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified for this gene.
