The Phospho-GSK3alpha-S21 Antibody (CABP0582) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This gene encodes a multifunctional Ser/Thr protein kinase that is implicated in the control of several regulatory proteins including glycogen synthase, and transcription factors, such as JUN. It also plays a role in the WNT and PI3K signaling pathways, as well as regulates the production of beta-amyloid peptides associated with Alzheimer's disease.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IP, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

Western blot analysis of lysates from 293 and HeLa cells, using Phospho-GSK3α-S21 Rabbit pAb (CABP0582) at 1:1000 dilution. 293 cells were treated with Insulin (100nM) for 10 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. HeLa cells were treated with Insulin (0.01U/mL) for 15 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25μg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA.
