The Phospho-c-Jun-S63 Antibody (CABP0048) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. Jun is a component of the AP-1 transcription factor complex, which plays a key role in cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. This antibody, generated in rabbits, is highly specific to phosphorylated Jun at serine 63 and has been validated for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.Phosphorylation of Jun at serine 63 is known to regulate its activity and function in various cellular pathways, including those involved in oncogenesis and inflammation. By targeting this phosphorylation site, researchers can gain insights into the signaling pathways and molecular mechanisms that drive these processes.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Rat samples.

This gene is the putative transforming gene of avian sarcoma virus 17. It encodes a protein which is highly similar to the viral protein, and which interacts directly with specific target DNA sequences to regulate gene expression. This gene is intronless and is mapped to 1p32-p31, a chromosomal region involved in both translocations and deletions in human malignancies.
