The Phospho-PKC mu-S910 Polyclonal Antibody (CABP1380) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, raised in rabbits, has high specificity for human samples and is suitable for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the phosphorylated form of PKC mu, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of this critical signaling molecule in various cell types.PKC mu is a member of the protein kinase C family, known for its role in regulating various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Phosphorylation of PKC mu at serine 910 has been linked to its activation and involvement in signaling pathways related to cell proliferation and survival.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.
