The PIP4K2B Antibody (CAB8016) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody is produced in rabbits and is highly specific for detecting Pip4k2b in human samples, making it an ideal choice for Western blot applications.Pip4k2b is known to play a crucial role in the regulation of cellular processes such as cell growth, proliferation, and survival. Dysregulation of Pip4k2b has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

Recombinant protein (or fragment). This information is considered to be commercially sensitive.
The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the phosphorylation of phosphatidylinositol-5-phosphate on the fourth hydroxyl of the myo-inositol ring to form phosphatidylinositol-5,4-bisphosphate. This gene is a member of the phosphatidylinositol-5-phosphate 4-kinase family. The encoded protein sequence does not show similarity to other kinases, but the protein does exhibit kinase activity. Additionally, the encoded protein interacts with p55 TNF receptor.
