Coagulation Protein C Monoclonal Antibody (CAB4532)
The Coagulation Protein C Monoclonal Antibody (CAB4532) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated using rabbits, is highly specific and reacts strongly with human samples, making it ideal for use in various applications such as Western blotting and immunohistochemistry.Protein C plays a key role in the anticoagulant pathway, serving as a natural anticoagulant by inhibiting blood clot formation. Dysregulation of Protein C has been linked to various thrombotic disorders, making it an important target for research in hemostasis and thrombosis. By using the Protein C Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody, researchers can investigate the expression and function of Protein C in different tissues and cell types, providing valuable insights into its role in maintaining vascular health.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA, IF-P applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.

This gene encodes a vitamin K-dependent plasma glycoprotein. The encoded protein is cleaved to its activated form by the thrombin-thrombomodulin complex. This activated form contains a serine protease domain and functions in degradation of the activated forms of coagulation factors V and VIII. Mutations in this gene have been associated with thrombophilia due to protein C deficiency, neonatal purpura fulminans, and recurrent venous thrombosis.
