The P23/PTGES3 Antibody (CAB5325) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is specifically designed for use in Western blot applications and is highly reactive with human samples.PTGES3 is an enzyme involved in the production of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), a key mediator of inflammation and pain. The ability to detect and quantify PTGES3 protein levels in various cell types is essential for understanding its role in inflammatory responses and developing targeted therapies for conditions such as arthritis, cancer, and fibrosis.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes an enzyme that converts prostaglandin endoperoxide H2 (PGH2) to prostaglandin E2 (PGE2). This protein functions as a co-chaperone with heat shock protein 90 (HSP90), localizing to response elements in DNA and disrupting transcriptional activation complexes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. There are multiple pseudogenes of this gene on several different chromosomes.
