The RAB34 Antibody (CAB10332) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards human samples, making it suitable for Western blotting and immunofluorescence applications.Rab34 is known to play a key role in maintaining cellular homeostasis by regulating processes such as endocytosis, autophagy, and organelle biogenesis. Dysregulation of Rab34 has been implicated in various diseases, including neurological disorders, cancer, and infectious diseases.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a protein belonging to the RAB family of proteins, which are small GTPases involved in protein transport. This family member is a Golgi-bound member of the secretory pathway that is involved in the repositioning of lysosomes and the activation of macropinocytosis. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants. An alternatively spliced transcript variant produces the nine-amino acid residue-repeats (NARR) protein, which is a functionally distinct nucleolar protein resulting from a different reading frame.
