The RBPJK Antibody (CAB5675) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and is optimized for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the RBPJ protein, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of RBPJ expression in various cell types, making it essential for studies in developmental biology, cancer research, and stem cell biology.RBPJ, also known as recombination signal binding protein for immunoglobulin kappa J region, is a critical regulator of gene expression involved in cell fate decisions and development.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is a transcriptional regulator important in the Notch signaling pathway. The encoded protein acts as a repressor when not bound to Notch proteins and an activator when bound to Notch proteins. It is thought to function by recruiting chromatin remodeling complexes containing histone deacetylase or histone acetylase proteins to Notch signaling pathway genes. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene, and several pseudogenes of this gene exist on chromosome 9.
