Carbohydrate sulfotransferase 15 is expressed in B-cell-enriched tissues but not in fetal or adult thymus. It is found in the fetal and adult spleen, lymph nodes, tonsils, bone marrow and peripheral leukocytes. It is not expressed by T-cells. It localizes with RAG1 in pro-B, pre-B, and mature B-cell lines.
