The RORbeta Monoclonal Antibody (CAB19753) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity for human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By targeting the ROR Beta protein, researchers can effectively detect and analyze this key transcription factor in a variety of cell types.ROR Beta is a crucial regulator of gene expression involved in various biological processes, including development, metabolism, and immune function. Dysregulation of ROR Beta has been implicated in conditions such as autoimmune diseases, cancer, and metabolic disorders, making it an attractive target for therapeutic interventions.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the NR1 subfamily of nuclear hormone receptors. It is a DNA-binding protein that can bind as a monomer or as a homodimer to hormone response elements upstream of several genes to enhance the expression of those genes. The encoded protein has been shown to interact with NM23-2, a nucleoside diphosphate kinase involved in organogenesis and differentiation, and to help regulate the expression of some genes involved in circadian rhythm.
