The SLMAP Antibody (CAB17013) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This rabbit polyclonal antibody is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications, allowing for the detection and analysis of SLMAP in various cell types.SLMAP is known to play a crucial role in the regulation of membrane trafficking and vesicle transport within cells, making it a key player in cellular processes such as endocytosis and protein sorting. Its involvement in signaling pathways also suggests its potential importance in diseases such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a component of a conserved striatin-interacting phosphatase and kinase complex. Striatin family complexes participate in a variety of cellular processes including signaling, cell cycle control, cell migration, Golgi assembly, and apoptosis. The protein encoded by this gene is a coiled-coil, tail-anchored membrane protein with a single C-terminal transmembrane domain that is posttranslationally inserted into membranes. Mutations in this gene are associated with Brugada syndrome, a cardiac channelopathy. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
