The WDR1 Antibody (CAB12163) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity for human samples and has been validated for Western blot applications.WDR1, also known as actin-interacting protein 1, plays a key role in regulating actin dynamics and maintaining cellular structure. Dysregulation of WDR1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a protein containing 9 WD repeats. WD repeats are approximately 30- to 40-amino acid domains containing several conserved residues, mostly including a trp-asp at the C-terminal end. WD domains are involved in protein-protein interactions. The encoded protein may help induce the disassembly of actin filaments. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
