Western blot analysis of lysates from Hep G2 cells using Alpha-1 Antitrypsin (SERPINA1) Rabbit mAb (CAB21972) at 1:63000 dilution . Hep G2 treated with PNGase F (6 U/ul) at 37℃ for 1 hours. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 30 μg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3 % nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit (AbGn00020). Exposure time: 30 s.
