The Human APOC3 (Apolipoprotein C3) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantitative measurement of apolipoprotein C3 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.Apolipoprotein C3 is a key protein involved in lipid metabolism, playing a crucial role in regulating triglyceride levels in the blood. Dysregulation of APOC3 has been linked to various metabolic disorders, such as hypertriglyceridemia and cardiovascular diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions. With the Human APOC3 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately quantify APOC3 levels in biological samples, furthering our understanding of lipid metabolism and metabolic diseases. This kit provides a reliable tool for investigating the role of APOC3 in health and disease, offering valuable insights for future research and therapeutic development.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to the target protein. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and bind to the immobilized antibody. A biotinylated detection antibody specific to the target protein is then added, followed by Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well, resulting in a color change. Only wells containing the target protein, detection antibody, and HRP conjugate will develop a blue color. The reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution, resulting in a yellow color. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is directly proportional to the concentration of the target protein in the sample and is determined using a standard curve.
