How do I place an order?
You can order online on our website or via pro-forma invoice, by email to orders@assaygenie.com, or through a purchase order (find us as 'Assay Genie' or 'Reagent Genie Ireland Ltd' on your ordering system). Orders can also be placed via your local distributor.
Can't find Assay Genie on your company or university vendor system?
We appear under 'Assay Genie' or 'Reagent Genie Ireland Ltd'. If you still can't find us, we're happy to complete a new-supplier form to be registered as a vendor, or you can order through your local distributor.
Which countries are covered by distributors?
Whether you order from us directly or via a distributor depends on your location - see our distributors page for your local distributor and coverage.
How can I make an enquiry?

How do I create an account and sign in?
Click 'Register' in the top-right of the homepage and complete your details, then 'Create Account'. To log in, click 'Sign in', enter your email and password and click 'Sign in'.
How do I view prices in my currency?
Use 'Select Currency' at the top of any page to switch between Euro, Pound and US Dollar.
How will I know if my order has been received?
You'll receive a confirmation email once we've received your order, including your order number and an estimated delivery date.
