The IFNGR2 Antibody (CAB7558) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, shows high reactivity with human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications. By targeting the IFNGR2 protein, researchers can detect and analyze its expression in various cell types, making it ideal for studies in immunology, infectious diseases, and cancer research.IFNGR2, also known as interferon gamma receptor 2, plays a crucial role in mediating the effects of interferon-gamma, a key cytokine involved in immune responses.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene (IFNGR2) encodes the non-ligand-binding beta chain of the gamma interferon receptor. Human interferon-gamma receptor is a heterodimer of IFNGR1 and IFNGR2. Defects in IFNGR2 are a cause of mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease (MSMD), also known as familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection. MSMD is a genetically heterogeneous disease with autosomal recessive, autosomal dominant or X-linked inheritance.
