The ITPKA Antibody (CAB17503) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific and reactive with human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot applications. It binds specifically to the ITPKA protein, allowing for accurate detection and analysis in a variety of cell types.ITPKA is known to play a critical role in regulating cellular processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of ITPKA has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic conditions.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Mouse, Rat samples.

Regulates inositol phosphate metabolism by phosphorylation of second messenger inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate to Ins(1,3,4,5)P4. The activity of the inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate 3-kinase is responsible for regulating the levels of a large number of inositol polyphosphates that are important in cellular signaling. Both calcium/calmodulin and protein phosphorylation mechanisms control its activity. It is also a substrate for the cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase, calcium/calmodulin- dependent protein kinase II, and protein kinase C in vitro.
