The [KO Validated] ERp29 Antibody (CAB7959) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding specifically to the ERP29 protein, it allows for precise detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it an essential component for studies in cellular biology and disease mechanisms.ERP29 is a key player in maintaining cellular homeostasis by aiding in proper protein folding and quality control in the endoplasmic reticulum.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, IF/ICC, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a protein which localizes to the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). It is a member of the protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) protein family but lacks an active thioredoxin motif, suggesting that this protein does not function as a disulfide isomerase. The canonical protein dimerizes and is thought to play a role in the processing of secretory proteins within the ER. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
