The MAPK13 Antibody (CAB7496) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, demonstrates high reactivity with human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the MAPK13 protein, this antibody allows for accurate detection and analysis in various cell types, making it a valuable asset for studies in cell signaling, inflammation, and cancer research.MAPK13 is a key regulator of cellular processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its role in signaling pathways makes it a promising target for research into diseases like cancer, where dysregulation of MAPK13 activity can contribute to tumor growth and progression.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a member of the mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase family. MAP kinases act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. The encoded protein is a p38 MAP kinase and is activated by proinflammatory cytokines and cellular stress. Substrates of the encoded protein include the transcription factor ATF2 and the microtubule dynamics regulator stathmin. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed for this gene.
