The Mouse LH (Luteinizing Hormone) ELISA Kit is a sophisticated assay designed for the precise quantitative measurement of LH levels in a variety of biological samples. Luteinizing hormone (LH) plays a vital role in the regulation of reproductive processes, including the stimulation of ovulation in females and the production of testosterone in males. This hormone is crucial for the proper functioning of the ovaries and testes, influencing fertility, sexual development, and overall reproductive health. Accurate measurement of LH levels is essential for understanding the intricate hormonal balance required for normal reproductive function. The Mouse LH ELISA Kit enables researchers to investigate the role of LH in reproductive processes, ovarian and testicular function, and various endocrine disorders. By quantifying LH levels with precision, this kit provides valuable insights into the hormonal dynamics underlying fertility, puberty, and sexual maturation. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, the Mouse LH ELISA Kit by Assay Genie ensures reliable and reproducible results, facilitating in-depth research into the physiological and pathological implications of LH dysregulation. Manufactured under stringent quality control standards, this kit offers robust performance and user-friendly protocols, making it an ideal choice for scientists seeking to explore the multifaceted functions of Luteinizing Hormone in reproductive biology and endocrinology research. Choose Assay Genie's LH ELISA Kit to advance your investigations and gain a deeper understanding of the complex hormonal factors influencing reproductive health.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to the target protein. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and bind to the immobilized antibody. A biotinylated detection antibody specific to the target protein is then added, followed by Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well, resulting in a color change. Only wells containing the target protein, detection antibody, and HRP conjugate will develop a blue color. The reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution, resulting in a yellow color. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is directly proportional to the concentration of the target protein in the sample and is determined using a standard curve.
