The Phospho-AKT1S1/PRAS40-T246 Antibody (CABP0793) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. It binds specifically to the phosphorylated form of Akt1S1, allowing for the detection and analysis of this important signaling molecule in various cell types.Akt1S1, a key component of the Akt signaling pathway, plays a crucial role in cell growth, proliferation, and survival. Phosphorylation of Akt1S1 at threonine 246 is known to regulate its activity and downstream signaling, making it a critical target for research in cancer, diabetes, and other diseases where Akt signaling is dysregulated.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.
