The Phospho-GAB1-Y307 Polyclonal Antibody (CABP0961) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. IRS (Insulin Receptor Substrate) is a member of the IRS1-like multisubstrate docking protein family that serves as an important mediator of branching tubulogenesis. It plays a central role in cellular growth responses, oncogenic transformation, and apoptosis, making it a key node in growth factor and insulin signaling pathways.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Mouse samples.
