The SRSF3 Monoclonal Antibody (CAB9054) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced using rabbit monoclonal technology, offers exceptional performance in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, providing reliable and reproducible results.SRSF3, also known as SRp20, is a member of the serine/arginine-rich splicing factor family and plays a critical role in alternative splicing, mRNA export, and translation control. Dysregulation of SRSF3 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and viral infections, making it an attractive target for research and therapeutic interventions.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the serine/arginine (SR)-rich family of pre-mRNA splicing factors, which constitute part of the spliceosome. Each of these factors contains an RNA recognition motif (RRM) for binding RNA and an RS domain for binding other proteins. The RS domain is rich in serine and arginine residues and facilitates interaction between different SR splicing factors. In addition to being critical for mRNA splicing, the SR proteins have also been shown to be involved in mRNA export from the nucleus and in translation. Two transcript variants, one protein-coding and the other non-coding, have been found for this gene.
