The Phospho-IRS1-S636/639 Antibody (CABP0551) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific for phosphorylation at serine 636/639 on IRS1 and is validated for use in Western blot applications. It allows for the detection and analysis of phosphorylated IRS1 in human samples, making it an essential component of studies in the fields of diabetes, metabolism, and signal transduction.IRS1 is a key mediator of insulin signaling, playing a crucial role in glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Phosphorylation of IRS1 at serine 636/639 has been linked to insulin resistance and impaired insulin signaling, making it a relevant target for research into conditions such as type 2 diabetes and metabolic disorders.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.
