Human NFE2L2 (Nuclear Factor, Erythroid Derived 2 Like 2) ELISA Kit
The Human NFE2L2 (Nuclear Factor Erythroid-Derived 2-like 2) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise quantification of NFE2L2 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This ELISA kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results for a variety of research applications. NFE2L2 is a key transcription factor that plays a crucial role in regulating the body's antioxidant response. It helps to protect cells from oxidative stress and inflammation by activating a network of genes involved in detoxification and defense mechanisms. Dysregulation of NFE2L2 has been linked to various diseases such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and inflammatory conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and potential therapeutic interventions. The Human NFE2L2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides researchers with a powerful tool to study the role of NFE2L2 in health and disease, offering accurate and reliable measurements of NFE2L2 levels in biological samples. Trust in the precision and quality of Assay Genie's ELISA kits for your research needs.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to the target protein. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and bind to the immobilized antibody. A biotinylated detection antibody specific to the target protein is then added, followed by Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well, resulting in a color change. Only wells containing the target protein, detection antibody, and HRP conjugate will develop a blue color. The reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution, resulting in a yellow color. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is directly proportional to the concentration of the target protein in the sample and is determined using a standard curve.
