The Human NLRP3 (NACHT, LRR, and PYD domains-containing protein 3) ELISA Kit is a state-of-the-art assay tailored for the precise quantitative analysis of NLRP3 protein levels in human samples. NLRP3, a key component of the inflammasome complex, plays a crucial role in innate immunity regulation and inflammatory responses. Dysregulation of NLRP3 has been linked to various inflammatory conditions, autoimmune disorders, and infections, highlighting the significance of accurate measurement of NLRP3 levels in understanding immune system function and exploring therapeutic interventions. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, the Human NLRP3 ELISA Kit enables researchers to quantitatively assess NLRP3 expression levels, facilitating investigations into the molecular mechanisms underlying inflammatory pathways and immune responses. By providing reliable data on NLRP3 protein concentrations, this ELISA kit empowers researchers to unravel the complexities of NLRP3-mediated inflammatory processes and immune system regulation. Manufactured under stringent quality control standards, the Human NLRP3 ELISA Kit ensures robust performance and reproducibility in quantifying NLRP3, offering a reliable tool for researchers studying inflammasome biology, immunology, and inflammatory diseases. Researchers can leverage this user-friendly kit to advance their investigations, gain insights into NLRP3-related mechanisms, and contribute to the development of targeted therapeutic strategies.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to the target protein. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and bind to the immobilized antibody. A biotinylated detection antibody specific to the target protein is then added, followed by Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well, resulting in a color change. Only wells containing the target protein, detection antibody, and HRP conjugate will develop a blue color. The reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution, resulting in a yellow color. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is directly proportional to the concentration of the target protein in the sample and is determined using a standard curve.
