The PDLIM5 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB22013) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific for human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.PDLIM5, also known as Enigma homolog protein, is a cytoskeletal protein that plays a role in cell adhesion, migration, and signaling. Its involvement in these processes makes it a key protein of interest in studies focusing on cell biology, cancer research, and developmental biology.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene encodes a member of a family of proteins that possess a 100-amino acid PDZ domain at the N terminus and one to three LIM domains at the C-terminus. This family member functions as a scaffold protein that tethers protein kinases to the Z-disk in striated muscles. It is thought to function in cardiomyocyte expansion and in restraining postsynaptic growth of excitatory synapses. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants.
