Phosphorylation of CDC25A protein phosphatase by this protein is required for cells to delay cell cycle progression in response to double-strand DNA breaks. Western blot analysis of lysates from 293T cells, using Phospho-Chk1-S296 Rabbit mAb (CABP1047) at 1:1000 dilution. 293T cells were treated with UV at room temperature for 15-30 minutes and Doxorubicin (0. 5 uM) at 37℃ for 24 hours. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25μg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Basic Kit (AbGn00020). Exposure time: 3min.
