The Phospho-PKC delta-S645 Antibody (CABP0972) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the phosphorylated form of PKC delta, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of PKC delta activation in various cell types.PKC delta is a key player in signal transduction pathways involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its phosphorylation at serine 645 has been implicated in regulating its activity and function in various cellular processes.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the protein kinase C family of serine- and threonine-specific protein kinases. The encoded protein is activated by diacylglycerol and is both a tumor suppressor and a positive regulator of cell cycle progression. Also, this protein can positively or negatively regulate apoptosis. Defects in this gene are a cause of autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome.
