The role

Assay Genie is seeking a full-time, Sales Associate based at its Dublin office. Working closely with the CEO and CTO, the primary responsibilities involve prospecting for new customers to meet and exceed sales targets.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new customers in key territories
  • Converting sales leads generated from business development activities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers
  • Managing in-bound sales and marketing opportunities
  • Implementing and improving best-in-class sales processes
  • Maintaining and updating CRM
  • Creating digital and print marketing content as part of the marketing team
  • Maintaining technical knowledge by attending courses and in-house product training
  • Liaise with logistics and marketing functions on all aspects of in-bound shipments, customer deliveries, pack labelling and product storage
  • Follow Assay Genie procedures and policies

Qualifications

  • A BA/BSc in Science is required
