The YWHAZ Antibody (CAB7639) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody is raised in rabbits and exhibits high reactivity with human samples, making it an excellent choice for Western blot applications. YWHAZ is a multifunctional protein involved in a variety of cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of YWHAZ has been implicated in various diseases, such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA, IF-P applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene product belongs to the 14-3-3 family of proteins which mediate signal transduction by binding to phosphoserine-containing proteins. This highly conserved protein family is found in both plants and mammals, and this protein is 99% identical to the mouse, rat and sheep orthologs. The encoded protein interacts with IRS1 protein, suggesting a role in regulating insulin sensitivity. Several transcript variants that differ in the 5' UTR but that encode the same protein have been identified for this gene.
