The Exportin 2 (XPO2) Monoclonal Antibody (CAB1041) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, demonstrates high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.Exportin-2 plays a crucial role in the regulation of cellular processes by controlling the transport of proteins out of the nucleus. Studies have shown that dysregulation of XPO2 can lead to various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.

CSE1L (Chromosome Segregation 1-Like) is located on 20q13.13, and encodes a 971-amino-acid protein. It associates with microtubules and mitotic spindles, and is also considered to have a role in tumor progression. The CSE1L protein includes a nuclear localization signal allowing for transport into the nucleus via the importin-alpha/beta heterodimer. In addition, CSE1L plays roles in cell proliferation and apoptosis.
