Description
Wnt / beta-Catenin Antibody Sampler Pack
The Wnt / beta-Catenin Antibody Sampler Pack from Assay Genie brings together 8 rigorously validated antibodies spanning the key nodes of the Wnt / beta-Catenin pathway. Each antibody is supplied in a convenient 20µL trial size, letting researchers screen an entire signalling axis in a single, cost-effective pack before committing to full-size vials — ideal for pathway mapping, target validation and multi-marker studies.
Canonical Wnt signalling stabilises beta-catenin by inhibiting the APC/Axin/GSK-3beta destruction complex, allowing nuclear beta-catenin to partner with TCF/LEF factors and activate proliferative target genes. Aberrant pathway activation is a hallmark of colorectal and other cancers.
All antibodies are individually quality-controlled and validated for applications including ELISA, IF/ICC, IHC, IHC-P, IP, WB, with reactivity across human, mouse and rat where indicated. Every target is also available in a full 100µL size for scale-up.
