Stress-activated MAPKs (p38 and SAPK/JNK) respond to inflammatory cytokines, UV, osmotic and oxidative stress. Upstream MKKs phosphorylate p38 and JNK, which in turn activate c-Jun, ATF2 and other substrates to regulate inflammation, cell-cycle arrest and apoptosis.

All antibodies are individually quality-controlled and validated for applications including ELISA, IF/ICC, IHC-P, IP, WB, with reactivity across human, mouse and rat where indicated. Every target is also available in a full 100µL size for scale-up.
