Hippo / YAP-TAZ Antibody Sampler Pack
The Hippo / YAP-TAZ Antibody Sampler Pack from Assay Genie brings together 8 rigorously validated antibodies spanning the key nodes of the Hippo / YAP-TAZ pathway. Each antibody is supplied in a convenient 20µL trial size, letting researchers screen an entire signalling axis in a single, cost-effective pack before committing to full-size vials — ideal for pathway mapping, target validation and multi-marker studies.
The Hippo pathway restrains organ growth through a MST1/2-LATS1/2 kinase cascade that phosphorylates and inactivates the transcriptional co-activators YAP and TAZ. When Hippo signalling is off, YAP/TAZ enter the nucleus and drive TEAD-dependent proliferation; dysregulation contributes to tumourigenesis and mechanotransduction.
All antibodies are individually quality-controlled and validated for applications including CUT&Tag, ChIP, ELISA, IF-P, IF/ICC, IHC-P, IP, WB, with reactivity across human, mouse and rat where indicated. Every target is also available in a full 100µL size for scale-up.
