Each antibody is supplied in a convenient 20µL trial size, letting researchers screen an entire signalling axis in a single, cost-effective pack before committing to full-size vials — ideal for pathway mapping, target validation and multi-marker studies.

T-cell receptor engagement initiates a proximal signalling cascade through Lck, ZAP-70 and the LAT signalosome, activating PLC-gamma1 and NFAT to drive IL-2 production and clonal expansion. CD28 co-stimulation and CD69 induction mark productive activation.
