Allophycocyanin (APC)-labelled antibodies — a bright red-laser fluorochrome that pairs well with PE and FITC in multicolour panels.
APC is excited by the red (633–640 nm) laser and is bright, so it suits dim markers and adds a well-separated colour to PE and FITC panels.
