Food Science ELISA Kits
Screen food and feed for mycotoxins, veterinary drug residues and contaminants. Competitive ELISA kits detect aflatoxin M1, deoxynivalenol, zearalenone, ochratoxin A, tetracyclines, sulfonamides, clenbuterol, melamine and more in milk, meat, grain and feed samples.
Food safety kits use a competitive enzyme immunoassay: the more residue or toxin in the sample, the weaker the colour. Results are read at 450 nm against a standard curve, giving a rapid screen before confirmatory analysis.
Each kit includes matrix-specific extraction instructions, for example for milk and milk powder. Datasheets give detection limits and recovery for each validated matrix.
These kits are for research and screening. For more food and environmental assays see food safety and analysis assays.
