GenieClone DNA Assembly Cloning Kit
The GenieClone cloning technology is simple, fast, and highly efficient. It enables directional insertion of any amplified DNA product into any linearized vector at any site.
Firstly, the vector is first linearized at the cloning site. A small overlapping sequence at each end of the cloning site is added to the insert through PCR. The insert and the linearized vector both with overlapping 5’- and 3’ (15 bp - 20 bp) sequences are mixed in an appropriate ratio and incubated with GenieClone Recombinase at 50℃ for 5 - 15 min before transformation of competent cells for successful DNA cloning and assembly.
GenieClone UItra One Step Cloning kit allows for the highly efficient cloning and assembly of 1-5 DNA fragments in as little as 15 minutes into any vector at any site. This system utilizes ligation-independent technology and a novel GenieClone recombinase to significantly reduce self-ligating colonies. The enhanced GenieClone Recombinase and highly optimized buffer included in the 2x GenieClone Mix significantly improve the recombination efficiency and the tolerance to impurities. The pCE-ONE vector is compatible with most PCR products, enabling the specific PCR fragments to be used directly for recombination without any pre-treatment.

Genie Fusion Ultra High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase
Genie Fusion Ultra High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase is a next generation enzyme for robust PCR with ultra high-fidelity. With extremely low error rates x53-fold lower than Taq, Genie Fusion Ultra High Fidelity DNA Polymerase sets a new level of performance for standard and long fragment PCR amplification.
Employing a unique extension factor as well as specificity-promoting and plateau-inhibiting factors Genie Fusion greatly improves long range amplification ability, specificity, and PCR yield. Genie Fusion is capable of amplifying long fragments such as 40 kb λ DNA, 40 kb plasmid DNA, 20 kb genomic DNA and 10 kb cDNA. In addition, Genie Fusion has a excellent resistance to PCR inhibitors and can be used for direct PCR amplifications of bacteria, fungi, plant tissues, animal tissues, and even whole blood samples. Genie Fusion contains two monoclonal antibodies inhibiting the 5´→3´ polymerase activity and 3´→5´ exonuclease activity at room temperature which enables Genie Fusion to perform super specific Hot-Start PCRs. GenieClone DNA Assembly Site-Directed Mutagenesis Kit
GenieClone Site-Directed Mutagenesis Kit is a site-directed mutagenesis system based on GenieClone rapid cloning technology. This kit is designed for rapid site-directed mutagenesis of 3 to 5 separate mutations in the same reaction in less than 3 hours. Based on GenieClone rapid cloning technology, this kit uses homologous recombination to replace the conventional annealing ring-forming reactions meaning much less template and a more flexible primer design strategy.
With seamless splicing of the two PCR products by GenieClone technology, the kit can complete up to two separate mutations with a single amplification reaction. DpnI digested products of the specific amplicons can be directly added to the recombination reaction without purification.
