What's in a pack
Each pack contains complete, individual ELISA kits, each with its own plate, standard and reagents. The autophagy pack, for example, contains 48-assay kits for MAP1LC3A, LC3B, ATG5, Beclin-1, ATG12 and ATG7.
When to choose a pack
Choose a pack when you need several related markers measured quantitatively. To screen many cytokines from one small sample instead, see multiplex ELISA.
