Not reliably. Human kits use antibodies raised against human proteins, and cross-reactivity with other species is usually low or untested. Choose a mouse or rat kit, or check the datasheet for stated cross-reactivity.
Both work with most human ELISA kits. Use the sample type listed on the product page and collect all samples in a study the same way, as serum and plasma can give different values for some analytes.
